Banco Bradesco Completes Strategic In-House Merger

Banco Bradesco SA (BBD) has released an update.

Banco Bradesco S.A. has announced the successful merger with its asset management wing, BRAM – Bradesco Asset Management S.A., with the aim of streamlining operations without impacting the management of their own or third-party resources. The merger, completed on July 31, 2024, will see Bradesco assume all responsibilities, rights, and obligations of Bradesco Asset, ensuring continued independence and avoidance of conflicts of interest in their operations.
