Aura Energy Enhances Tiris Project Value

Aura Energy Limited (AU:AEE) has released an update.

Aura Energy Limited has renegotiated its uranium offtake agreement with Curzon Uranium Ltd., significantly increasing the fixed contract price by 70% to US$74.75 per pound, boosting the Tiris Uranium Project’s revenue by US$41 million, and enhancing its net present value to US$388 million with an improved internal rate of return of 36%. The restructuring includes a fixed and market-linked pricing for a total of 2.1 million pounds of uranium over seven years, with a restructuring fee of US$3.5 million payable to Curzon in cash or Aura shares.
