ATS Corporation, a leader in automation solutions, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Paxiom Group, a packaging machine provider serving various industries, including food and beverage, cannabis, and pharmaceuticals. The addition of Paxiom is expected to enhance ATS’s product offerings and growth potential, particularly in regulated markets, with Paxiom’s 30-year expertise and strong customer portfolio. The financial terms were not disclosed, but the deal is set to close in the third quarter of 2024, with ATS planning to fund the acquisition with cash and credit facilities.
