Ats Corporation (TSE:ATS) has released an update.
ATS Corporation has announced a significant secondary offering of common shares, where a fund managed by Mason Capital Management LLC will sell 3.5 million shares at C$46.55 each, totaling approximately C$163 million. The transaction, expected to close around April 3, 2024, includes an over-allotment option for an additional 147,000 shares but will not yield any proceeds for ATS as all shares are sold by the Selling Shareholder. Mason Capital reaffirms its commitment to ATS, expressing confidence in the company’s management and growth strategies.
