AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) has shared an announcement.
Brian Heller has left his role at AST SpaceMobile, Inc., with a package that includes half his base salary and acceleration of stock units, following his employment agreement. Andrew M. Johnson takes over as Chief Legal Officer, bringing over two decades of legal experience in various industries, most recently from 3D Systems Corporation. Johnson’s compensation includes a $250,000 base salary, stock units, and a relocation bonus, with additional benefits in case of a qualifying termination. The company has made these executive changes public through a press release.
