Arhaus, Inc. has appointed John Moran as its new Chief Operating Officer, starting May 6, 2024. With a wealth of experience from his prior role as COO at Canada Goose Holdings Inc., Moran brings valuable expertise to Arhaus. His compensation package includes a $490,000 base salary, with the potential for annual cash and long-term equity incentives, plus a $10,000 relocation payment. Moran’s appointment comes with no conflicts of interest as he has no familial ties to the company’s executives or material interest in any disclosed transactions.
