This approval allows AACT to change its jurisdiction from the Cayman Islands to Delaware and rename itself Kodiak AI, Inc. The combined entity plans to list its common stock and public warrants on Nasdaq, expected to begin trading on September 25, 2025, under the symbols ‘KDK’ and ‘KDKRW’.
