Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) just unveiled an announcement.
Archer-Daniels-Midland Company has appointed Ismael Roig as Interim Chief Financial Officer, with a compensation package that includes a monthly cash stipend of $35,000 on top of his salary, and a one-time grant of $1,000,000 in restricted stock units (RSUs). These RSUs will vest after a year, provided Roig remains with the company. Should he retire before a permanent CFO is named, he’ll forfeit the RSUs; if he retires after, the RSUs will vest as per the agreement.
