Aptiv PLC reported record financial results for the third quarter of 2025, with revenues increasing by 7% to $5.2 billion. Despite a net loss due to a significant goodwill impairment charge, the company raised its full-year guidance, highlighting strong operational performance.
Key financial metrics for the third quarter included a U.S. GAAP net loss of $355 million, influenced by a $648 million non-cash goodwill impairment charge. However, excluding special items, the company achieved a diluted earnings per share of $2.17. Adjusted operating income rose to $654 million, and cash from operations was $584 million. Year-to-date results showed a 3% increase in revenue to $15.2 billion, with adjusted net income per share rising to $5.96.
