AngioDynamics, Inc. has seen significant changes in its leadership structure with the retirement of Dennis Meteny, leading to Wesley Johnson taking over as the new chair of the Audit Committee and Jan Stern Reed stepping in as the chair of the Nominating, Compliance and Corporate Governance Committee. Furthermore, James Clemmer has shifted from a Class II director to a Class I director to maintain an even balance across the Board’s classes, ensuring his term extends to the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders without interrupting his service on the Board.
