American Tower Corporation has appointed Steven O. Vondran as its new President and CEO, with his tenure commencing on February 1, 2024. The Board’s Compensation Committee has authorized a base salary of $1 million for Vondran, with the potential for a 200% cash bonus based on the company’s and his personal performance. Additionally, Vondran will receive an equity grant valued at $10 million, split between performance-based and restricted stock units. Meanwhile, Thomas A. Bartlett will maintain his existing compensation package, but without any new equity grant for the year.
