The company’s Officers are confident in its capital structure, which consists of 60% equity and 40% third-party financing, ensuring the ability to meet operational needs and pursue growth plans. Ambev SA also indicated adequate liquidity to cover short-term obligations and investments, with a net debt/EBITDA ratio of -0.50.
