Nike (NKE) has provided an announcement.

Alan B. Graf, Jr. has decided to step down from his role as a director on the Board of NIKE, Inc., coinciding with the 2024 annual stockholders’ meeting, at which point he will not seek re-election. Following his departure, the Board will be reduced to twelve directors. His resignation is not due to any disagreements but comes after 22 years of valued service, with Executive Chairman Mark Parker expressing gratitude for his significant contributions to the company.
