Konkur Investments Limited has finalized the sale of its 56.90% stake in AgroGeneration to Ukrainian company NOVAAGRO, following approval from the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee and securing necessary financing. This transaction highlights NOVAAGRO’s strategic expansion in the agro-industrial sector, despite challenges posed by geopolitical tensions affecting currency operations. AgroGeneration, a key player in grain and oilseed production, operates extensively across eastern Ukraine.
