ABO-Group Environment NV has expanded its market presence in the Netherlands by acquiring a 70% stake in Eco Reest, a firm specialized in ecology, soil, and asbestos, increasing its Dutch team to 80 employees. The acquisition enhances the company’s geographical reach, making it one of the largest ecology sector players in the Netherlands. The integration of Eco Reest, which is expected to surpass 5 million euros in turnover in 2024, will also contribute to ABO-Group’s multidisciplinary offerings and international ecological expertise.
