Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Strong Liquidity And Low LeverageThe combination of substantial liquidity and minimal debt gives UAMY financial flexibility to fund processing, mining, and development projects without relying heavily on external financing. This capitalization also reduces solvency risk while the company works through commodity and operating volatility.
Large DLA Contract ExecutionThe sole-source DLA relationship provides a meaningful demand channel for UAMY’s antimony products and creates a multi-period opportunity to scale shipments. Continued acceptance and delivery could improve production utilization, revenue visibility, and margins as the contract progresses.
Growing Domestic Feedstock CapabilityHigher Stibnite Hill output supports UAMY’s strategy of securing domestic antimony feedstock and reducing dependence on foreign or third-party ore. Greater internal supply can improve operational control and potentially strengthen the economics of the company’s integrated processing platform.
Bears Say
Heavy Cash BurnSustained negative operating and free cash flow would consume liquidity and could eventually limit UAMY’s ability to fund expansion, inventory, and mine development internally. The sharp reversal from positive 2024 cash generation makes restoring operating cash conversion a material priority.
Antimony Price And Margin CompressionUAMY’s earnings remain highly exposed to realized antimony prices, and the steep price decline has compressed margins despite higher volumes. If weaker pricing persists, revenue growth may not translate into profit, limiting the company’s ability to absorb operating and development costs.
Inventory-driven Working Capital PressureThe inventory build ties up cash and increases exposure to lower-of-cost-or-market adjustments if antimony prices remain weak. Unless accumulated material converts into accepted shipments and cash receipts, working-capital needs could prolong cash burn and weigh on financial performance.

Company Description
United States Antimony
United States Antimony Corporation produces and sells antimony, zeolite, and precious metals in the United States and Canada. It operates in two segments: Antimony and Zeolite. The company offers antimony trioxide that is primarily used in conjunction with a halogen to form a synergistic flame retardant system for plastics, rubber, fiberglass, textile goods, paints, coatings, and paper, as well as color fastener in paints and as a phosphorescent agent in fluorescent light bulbs; antimony metal for use in bearings, storage batteries, and ordnance; and antimony trisulfide used as a primer in ammunition. The company also offers coarse and fine zeolite for soil amendment and fertilizer, water filtration, mine underground ventilation, sewage treatment, nuclear waste and other environmental cleanup, odor control, gas separation, and animal nutrition applications, as well as catalysts, petroleum refining, concrete, solar energy and heat exchange, desiccants, pellet binding, horse and kitty litter, floor cleaner, traction control, ammonia removal from mining waste, and carriers for insecticides, pesticides and herbicides. In addition, it recovers unrefined and refined gold and silver. United States Antimony Corporation was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
UAMY Earnings Call
Q2 2026
0:00 / 0:00
Earnings Call Sentiment|Positive
The call highlights clear operational progress: initial DLA shipments, meaningful liquidity ($62.2M total liquidity), rapid zeolite growth (+110% revenue YoY), expanded institutional ownership (>57%), and active mine development across multiple properties. However, financial results are meaningfully impacted by a sharp decline in realized antimony prices (average selling price down ~52% YoY), leading to significant margin compression, higher operating losses (driven in part by increased noncash share-based compensation), and timing delays in recognizing DLA revenue. The company’s strong balance sheet, ongoing deliveries under a $245M DLA contract, and operational milestones outweigh the near-term revenue and margin pressures driven by weak commodity prices and some timing/operational risks.View all UAMY earnings summariesUAMY Stock 12 Month Forecast
