TVC Telecom provides various prepaid and toll-free services. It sells through various means, including direct sales, Internet marketing, and agent partnerships. The company was founded in 1986. It was formerly known as Legacy Software, Inc. and changed its name to Talk Visual Corporation in 1999. Subsequently, the company changed its name to TVC Telecom Incorporated. TVC Telecom is headquartered in Miami, Florida. TVC Telecom sold its long distance segment to STS Telecom LLC, in August 2004.
