Company Description

Montero Mining and Exploration Ltd

Montero Mining and Exploration Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the identification, evaluation, acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Chile. The company explores for gold, copper, and molybdenum deposits. It holds a 100% interest in the Avispa coppermolybdenum project, which consists of the Avispa and Abeja concession areas covering an area of 203 square kilometers, both located in the Atacama region of northern Chile. The company also has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Potrero gold project and the Elvira gold project located in Chile's Maricunga Belt. Montero Mining and Exploration Ltd. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
