The company's advanced solutions are available across the United States, China, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and other international regions. Its product portfolio encompasses medical devices crucial for automated cell processing. For clinical bio-banking purposes, ThermoGenesis provides the AXP II Automated Cell Separation System, a fully closed system designed for isolating stem and progenitor cells from umbilical cord blood. Complementing this is the BioArchive Automated Cryopreservation System, a robotic, liquid nitrogen-controlled system for both freezing and long-term cryogenic storage of cord blood samples and cell therapeutic products used in clinical environments. In the realm of point-of-care applications, the company offers the XP Point-of-Care System, an automated, sterile, and closed platform that facilitates the rapid processing of autologous stem cells derived from peripheral blood or bone marrow aspirate directly within clinical settings such as surgical centers. Additionally, the PXP-1000 System is another automated, closed solution, engineered for fast and reproducible separation of multiple cellular components from blood with minimal red blood cell contamination. For general laboratory use, ThermoGenesis provides its X-Series cell processing products, including X-Lab for cell isolation, the X-Wash System for efficient cell washing and reformulation, and X-Mini for high-efficiency, small-scale cell purification. Beyond its product offerings, the company also delivers contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) services specifically for cell and cell-based gene therapies. Its medical device products are marketed and sold through a network of independent distributors, as well as directly to end-user customers. The company, formerly known as Cesca Therapeutics Inc., officially adopted the name ThermoGenesis Holdings, Inc. in November 2019.
