Solar EnerTech Corp.
Solar Enertech Corp. (SOEN) is a company dedicated to manufacturing photovoltaic (PV) solar energy cells. Its primary product line features both monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon solar cells and modules. These cells are engineered to transform sunlight into electricity through the photovoltaic effect. Beyond core cell production, Solar Enertech also designs and produces advanced PV modules for a wide array of applications. These include standard panels for large-scale solar power stations, rooftop installations, solar arrays, and even modules designed for direct integration into building exteriors. The company markets its products, branded as SolarE, mainly to solar panel installers. These installers then incorporate the modules into power generation systems that are ultimately sold to end-customers located across Europe, Australia, North America, and China. Founded in 2004, the company was initially named Safer Residence Corporation before changing its name to Solar EnerTech Corp. in April 2006. Its headquarters are located in Mountain View, California.
