Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue Growth
Three consecutive years of revenue growth, including an 18.5% increase in 2026, indicate sustained expansion rather than a single-period improvement. Continued top-line momentum can support operating scale, strengthen market presence, and provide a foundation for rebuilding profitability over the next several quarters.
Return To Profitability
The return to positive net income after losses in 2023 and 2024 shows meaningful operational recovery. If maintained, improved earnings can strengthen internally generated capital, support investment and debt servicing, and make the business less dependent on external financing for continued activity.
Improving Cash Generation
A sharp improvement in operating cash flow and free cash flow suggests better working-capital discipline and project cash conversion in the latest year. Stronger cash generation enhances the company’s ability to fund operations, meet obligations, and retain flexibility while pursuing revenue growth.
Bears Say
Elevated Leverage
Debt materially exceeds equity, with debt-to-equity near 1.7 and total debt remaining high into 2026. This structure increases sensitivity to earnings fluctuations and financing conditions, while interest and refinancing demands can restrict investment capacity and reduce resilience during weaker project periods.
Thin, Volatile Margins
Thin and inconsistent margins leave limited room to absorb cost increases, execution setbacks, or softer project conditions. The earlier losses and modest profitability in the recovery years suggest that revenue growth has not yet translated into a durable earnings cushion, keeping operating performance vulnerable.
Uneven Cash Flow
Although the latest cash-flow trend improved, historical unevenness and negative free cash flow in 2023 indicate that cash conversion is not yet consistently dependable. Recurring volatility can complicate debt repayment, capital planning, and shareholder returns, especially when project timing or working capital shifts.
