Centurion Accommodation REIT (CAREIT), listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited since September 25, 2025, pursues a primary investment strategy of acquiring, either directly or indirectly, income-generating real estate assets within the living sector. This includes purpose-built worker accommodation (PBWA), purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), and other forms of accommodation globally (excluding Malaysia), alongside associated real estate assets. CAREIT holds the distinction of being Singapore's inaugural Global Living Sector REIT, offering exposure to the resilient PBWA and PBSA segments across three international markets.
