The company's diverse activities are organized into distinct divisions, including Offshore Support Vessels, Reefer Vessels and Car Carriers, Potash Production, Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) Vessels, Scientific Core-Drilling, and Corporate and Other segments. Siem Industries provides a wide array of services, from the refrigerated transport of fruits and other perishable goods to the general shipping of reefer, car carrier, RoRo, and bulk commodities. Beyond logistics, the firm offers lease financing solutions for the industrial shipping industry, supporting a varied portfolio of shipping assets and clients, and also furnishes funding to its own group entities. Its industrial operations involve the production of potash for fertilizer manufacturing, bischofite for the construction sector, and magnesium chloride for de-icing and other associated uses. Furthermore, the company is engaged in the renewable energy space, undertaking the engineering, procurement, and construction of solar parks. Siem Industries also mines and distributes various salt-based products and provides abandoned subterranean caverns for waste disposal purposes.
