Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Critical Infrastructure ExposureExposure to critical telecom and power networks supports structural demand because customers require ongoing deployment, upgrades and maintenance of essential infrastructure across multiple Nordic markets.
Recurring Service RevenueMaintenance and framework agreements can provide greater revenue visibility than project-only work, helping smooth investment cycles and supporting customer retention through continuing network service needs.
Demonstrated Earnings CapabilityPrior profitability indicates the operating model has the potential to earn attractive returns when project execution and pricing are favorable, providing a foundation for recovery if current operational pressures ease.
Bears Say
Revenue ContractionDeclining revenue signals weaker project volumes or customer spending and can reduce crew utilization and operating leverage, making it harder to absorb fixed costs and restore sustainable profitability.
Severe Profitability DeteriorationCurrent losses and negative operating profit point to execution, pricing or cost-control problems. If persistent, they can weaken retained capital, limit investment capacity and undermine the economics of the project model.
Negative Cash GenerationNegative operating and free cash flow reduces self-funding capacity and may increase reliance on debt or external capital. Continued volatility in cash conversion would constrain flexibility during project downturns.
