Rafarma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a diversified pharmaceutical enterprise that manufactures and distributes a range of medicinal products, including generic antibiotics and specialized drugs, within the Russian market. Its product portfolio encompasses anti-cancer medications, cephalosporin-derived compounds, and non-beta-lactam antibiotics. These are available in various formats such as injectable solutions, ampoules, pediatric suspensions, oral tablets, and capsules. Additionally, Rafarma develops and supplies treatments for injuries, ocular inflammatory conditions, and immunological ailments. In a collaborative effort with PlantEXT Ltd., the company is involved in the research and production of pioneering medical cannabis suppositories, specifically designed for individuals afflicted with inflammatory bowel disease. Originally incorporated as Johnston Acquisition Corp., the firm adopted its current name, Rafarma Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in October 2012. While headquartered in Sandy, Utah, its primary manufacturing and distribution operations are situated in Russia. Since October 19, 2020, Rafarma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has functioned as a subsidiary of R. & D. Biocogency Laboratories Inc. Ltd.
