The company's operations include the production, sale, and distribution of SnöBar-branded alcohol-infused ice creams and ice-pops, complemented by freezer sales and leasing, and marketing services for these products. Beyond its unique frozen treats, Pacific Ventures Group is a significant supplier of fresh and specialty produce, along with other food products, to restaurants, hotels, food trucks, and caterers. It also specializes in the manufacturing and wholesaling of custom-processed meats (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, veal) and seafood. Completing its extensive offerings, the company redistributes dry goods, frozen foods, disposables, and janitorial supplies, and markets a range of dairy products.
