The company's portfolio includes several significant properties: the Old Dominion mine (north of Reno, Nevada), the Koegel Hills property (covering 200 acres across 10 unpatented claims in Mineral County, Nevada), the Four Mile Basin gold property (spanning 20 acres with two unpatented claims in Nye County, Nevada), the Gold Star property (also in Mineral County, Nevada), the Pyramid mine in Nevada, and the Paradise Peak mine. Founded in 1888 and headquartered in Reno, Nevada, the entity was originally Brilliant Sands Incorporated before rebranding to NexGen Mining, Inc. in January 2018. It previously functioned as a subsidiary of 1824455 Alberta Ltd.
