The company, formerly Discover Screens, Inc. until its rebranding in September 2008, utilizes a spectrum of advanced technologies for its offerings, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Wi-Fi, WiMAX, and marine satellite communications. A primary component of its product portfolio includes the DUO, DUO II, and DUO WIFI analog telephone adapters. These devices facilitate the connection of conventional analog telephones and fax machines to local area networks in homes, home offices, or corporate settings. They also provide access to sophisticated calling features such as call forwarding, caller identification, three-way calling, call holding, retrieval, and transfer. The DUO product line and associated services are designed for individuals, small businesses, and telecommuters, interfacing with either analog phones or private branch exchanges. Additionally, NetTalk.com develops CONNECT smartphone applications. The company distributes its products via direct sales channels and through traditional brick-and-mortar retail stores.
