Northamerican Energy Group Corporation specializes in the identification, acquisition, and development of petroleum, natural gas, and other hydrocarbon reserves. Its principal operational assets include oil and gas production leases situated in the Permian Basin and the Pecos Valley Field, southwest of Midland, Texas. Established in 1993, the company maintains its headquarters in Houston, Texas. It operated as Nuoasis Properties Inc. until May 2005, when it officially adopted its current name.
