Controladora Vuela Compañía de Aviación, S.A.B. de C.V., operating via its subsidiary Concesionaria Vuela Compañía de Aviación, S.A.P.I. de C.V., functions as an air transport provider, conveying passengers, cargo, and mail both within Mexico and to various international destinations. Its broad operational scope includes approximately 410 daily flights, connecting 43 cities in Mexico, 22 in the United States, and 3 in Central America. As of December 31, 2020, the company managed its services with a fleet of 86 aircraft. Beyond its primary aviation business, this enterprise also extends into other areas, offering merchandising, recruitment and payroll support, travel agency services, and customer loyalty programs. Controladora Vuela Compañía de Aviación, S.A.B. de C.V. was founded in 2005 and has its corporate headquarters located in Mexico City, Mexico.
