Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. Class L
Grupo Televisa SAB stands as a prominent telecommunications leader within Mexico. Its cable division, known as Izzi, boasts an extensive network passing nearly 20 million residences across the nation, delivering broadband services to six million clients. Furthermore, the firm ranks among Mexico's largest providers of pay-television, serving four million subscribers. Televisa also possesses a controlling interest in Sky Mexico, which operates as the country's sole satellite television provider, catering to approximately six million customers. Following the integration of its legacy media operations into Univision, Grupo Televisa now maintains a 45% share in the joint venture, TelevisaUnivision. In February 2024, Grupo Televisa divested several non-core assets, including its magazine publishing arm, three professional Mexican soccer teams, and Estadio Azteca, consolidating them under the new corporate identity of Ollamani.
