Q3 2026 Earnings Call Summary
Earnings Call Sentiment|Positive
The call was strongly positive, supported by solid third-quarter revenue, EPS, EBITDA, margin, cash flow, shareholder-return, and full-year guidance results. Management also highlighted healthy pipelines, customer expansion, AI and tokenization progress, international growth, and continued M&A capacity. The main challenges were fourth-quarter organic growth moderation, a 4.5% organic decline in intelligent automation and analytics, higher interest expense, upcoming refinancing, elevated acquisition valuations, and customer pricing pressure.Company Guidance

AI Platform and Agentic Workflow Progress
At SS&C Deliver, the company unveiled AI Gateway, its AI governance platform, and WorkHQ, its agentic orchestration platform. More than 900 agentic workflows, 200 AI agents, and over 60 digital workers have been built in the WorkHQ development environment as business units explore dozens of use cases.
AI Adoption and Customer Traction
Management said agentic AI is moving from experimentation into production and that SS&C has hundreds of AI-enhanced processes and agents in production, with many more in development. The company is also bringing AI to clients through collaborations with frontier model companies, integrations with leading AI platforms, and AI features embedded in its applications.
Intelligent Automation Benefits
The intelligent automation and analytics business built around the 2022 Blue Prism acquisition is described as central to SS&C's AI opportunity. Management said AI-enhanced processes make the company faster and more accurate and expand its capacity to take on new business as clients grow.
Strong Customer Retention and Renewals
Management reported a steady rate of multiyear technology renewals, reflecting customer confidence in the benefits of SS&C's applications. Clients are expanding relationships through outsourcing, co-sourcing, and lift-outs.
Fund Administration and AUA Momentum
SS&C said it serves almost all large-scale global macro funds and is benefiting as those clients grow their assets. The company is investing to support expansion into areas including Abu Dhabi and private markets. International Expansion
SS&C is expanding its presence in the Middle East, Australia, and Europe and has recently expanded offices in Luxembourg and Thailand.
Wealth Technology and Black Diamond Performance
Management said the wealth and investment technologies business is growing at approximately mid-single digits when normalized for 606-related spikes. Black Diamond, its primary wealth platform, is growing at double digits and continues to show strength against other wealth platforms.
Disciplined Capital Allocation and M&A Capacity

The company is actively pursuing acquisitions while remaining disciplined on price and said it can fund potential transactions through internal cash flow and capital markets.
