Its diverse product offerings include coverage for life, personal accident, health, civil liability, professional risks, maritime and transportation, fire, automobiles, and credit. Peña Verde also specializes in agricultural and animal insurance, as well as policies designed to mitigate risks from earthquakes and other catastrophic events. The firm was originally incorporated as Minera Peña Verde SA, adopting its current name, Peña Verde, S.A.B., in 1978.
