CMR, S.A.B. de C.V. is a Mexican company specializing in the management and operation of dining establishments, encompassing restaurants, cafeterias, and bars throughout Mexico. Its diverse array of brands includes popular names such as Wings, Chili's, Olive Garden, La Destilería, EL LAGO, Red Lobster, THE CAPITAL GRILLE, Fly by WINGS, MUCHO, SALA GASTRONOMICA, and Sushitto. Established in 1965, the entity was formerly known as Corporación Mexicana de Restaurantes, S.A. de C.V. It officially changed its name to CMR, S.A.B. de C.V. in April 2006, and its headquarters are located in Mexico City, Mexico.
