Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Recurring Contract-based RevenueStable, contract-based hosting fees create durable, predictable revenue streams. Long-term site contracts and tenancy upsell economics allow revenue per site growth without proportional opex, supporting scalable margins and visibility into cash flows over the medium term.
Improving Cash Generation And Positive FCFRising operating cash flow and FCF turning positive signal improving underlying cash generation. This strengthens ability to fund maintenance capex and site rollouts internally, and creates a pathway to gradually reduce external funding reliance over the next several quarters.
High Operating Margins And Revenue ConsistencyVery high EBITDA margins and steady top-line growth reflect robust operating leverage from passive telecom infrastructure. High margins plus multi-tenant upside per site support durable cash generation and scalable returns as tenancy and deployments expand.
Bears Say
Persistent Net LossesOngoing net losses limit retained earnings and keep returns on equity negative, reducing internal funding capacity. Over the medium term this necessitates continued external financing for growth and constrains shareholder distributions and balance-sheet repair options.
Rising Leverage And Large Absolute DebtSubstantially higher debt and a ~2.0x debt/equity ratio raise refinancing, interest-rate and covenant risk. Elevated leverage reduces strategic flexibility, increases funding costs, and makes the firm more sensitive to tighter credit markets or higher rates over the coming months.
Free Cash Flow Modest Vs Leverage; Negative ROEAlthough FCF turned positive, its scale is modest relative to a very large debt stock, slowing potential deleveraging. Combined with negative ROE, this constrains capital allocation, heightens dependency on external funding for capex or M&A, and prolongs balance-sheet repair.
