We have sensed that shares have moved from energy investors 18 months ago to generalists 6-9 months ago to tech investors in recent months. That shift has led to less scrutiny on valuation, but tied the stock more closely to AI "noise" in the market. In addition, delays at its two largest projects. Our review of air permits across the U.S. suggests the company won an order for a 248MW site in Bee County, Texas (HERE). In addition, the press in Spain reported a 300MW data center in the country (here) using Bloom. Our general view is that the stock is more than fairly valued, assuming that 5GW is produced in the ~2030 timeframe. We also see the majority of projects as bridge-to-grid solutions rather than permanent ones, which could create an overhang in the coming years.
