Q4 2026 Earnings Call Summary
The call conveyed strong operational execution and a series of high-impact commercial wins (large TCV, ARR acceleration, product launches, successful acquisitions and clear FY'27 upside guidance). These positives are tempered by execution and timing risks: supply chain/pricing volatility, equipment procurement/installation lead times, integration and higher operating costs, and the need to manage funding as scale increases. On balance, the momentum in revenue, ARR, product capability and capital raises outweigh the risks, though timing and deployment execution remain key near-term watchpoints.
Management guided FY27 group revenue of $620–$730 million (roughly 100–130% YoY growth versus FY26 revenue of $312m), split to about $315–$325m of network revenue and $305–$405m of compute revenue, with EBITDA margin targeted at 38–40%; this outlook is driven by recently announced strategic deals totaling $1.3 billion of TCV that are expected to add ~ $435m of ARR once deployed and are supported by approximately $826m of CapEx, alongside an ~$825m new debt facility and an ~$827m entitlement raise to fund growth. For context, FY26 finished with $395m of ARR (network ARR $289.6m, compute ARR $105m), group revenue $312m (+37% YoY), network net revenue retention of 114%, 155 net new data centers added (up 35%), and $62.3m of net ARR incremental additions in FY26.
- Significant Total Contract Value (TCV) WinsAnnounced approximately $1.3 billion of TCV since April 27 (notable deals: $35M on Apr 27, $254M on May 14, $458.9M on Jun 3, $506M announced today). These deals are expected to add $435M of ARR once fully deployed.
- Record ARR and Revenue GrowthGroup ARR reached $395M at June '26. Reported group revenue for FY'26 was $312M, a 37% year-on-year increase.
- Strong Network and Compute PerformanceNetwork ARR rose to $289.6M (up 27% in constant currency). Compute ARR (post-Latitude acquisition) grew 72% to $105M since acquisition.
- Excellent Net Revenue RetentionNetwork net revenue retention improved to 114%, up 5 percentage points year-on-year, indicating strong upsell/expansion within the installed base.
- Large Data Center and Product Build-OutAdded 155 net new data centers in FY'26 (up 35% YoY). Net ARR incremental additions more than doubled (103% YoY) to $62.3M in FY'26. Expanded product coverage including 100G/400G upgrades, storage launch and new security features.
- Major Capital and Funding EventsCompleted entitlement capital raise of ~$827M and announced a new ~$825M debt facility (commitment letters signed). Strategic contracts supported by ~$826M of planned CapEx.
- Profitability and Cash MetricsFY'26 EBITDA was $77M, representing a 25% margin (above top end of guidance). CapEx for FY'26 landed at $98M (within $90–$100M guidance). Operating cash flows up materially with cash from the entitlement offer inflows.
- Product and Platform MomentumLaunched/onboarded major capabilities: fully automated CPU/GPU-as-a-Service (Latitude), GPU on-demand pool, cloud storage (object/block), DDoS protection, MCP, VMs, Kubernetes, Cloud Router, IPSec and other networking/security features—enabling broader TAM capture and product-led growth.
- Aggressive FY'27 GuidanceGuidance for FY'27 group revenue of $620M–$730M (100%–130% YoY growth). Guidance split: network $315M–$325M; compute $305M–$405M. FY'27 EBITDA margin guided to 38%–40%.
- Customer Automation Demo and Operational CapabilityDemonstrated automated, self-service deployment of network ports, cloud connections, servers and storage in seconds—evidence of strong automation moat and operational scalability.
