Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue GrowthA ~252% increase in TTM revenue indicates material demand traction and stronger monetization of ad inventory. Durable top-line expansion creates scope to absorb fixed costs, improve unit economics over time, and supports a path to operating leverage if revenue quality and customer retention remain stable.
Improved LeverageA large reduction in total debt meaningfully improves financial flexibility and lowers refinancing and interest-rate risks. With a smaller debt burden the company has greater capacity to fund working capital, capex for OOH assets, or strategic initiatives without immediate reliance on dilutive financing, supporting stability.
Governance / Board LeadershipAppointment of a new independent Chair and reshuffled committee leadership is a structural governance change that can strengthen oversight, align compensation and audit processes, and improve strategic discipline. Better governance supports longer-term capital allocation and stakeholder confidence.
Bears Say
Sustained UnprofitabilityPersistently large negative EBIT and net margins indicate the business has not yet demonstrated structural profitability. Extended losses erode equity, limit internal reinvestment, and require external funding for growth. Without margin recovery, long-term sustainability and return generation remain at risk.
Weak Cash GenerationNegative operating and free cash flow show the company is not consistently self-financing operations or capital needs. Reliance on external financing increases vulnerability to tighter credit or ad-market slowdowns and constrains the ability to invest in OOH infrastructure or marketing needed for durable growth.
Volatile Earnings HistoryAn unstable earnings record with one-off profits followed by recurring losses undermines predictability of cash flows and ROI. This volatility complicates budgeting, advertiser and lender confidence, and makes it harder to demonstrate sustainable operating leverage or forecast multi-quarter recovery with conviction.
