Its reach extends globally, encompassing South Korea, wider Asia, the Middle East, the United States, and Europe. The company specializes in the design, manufacture, and supply of chemical plant facilities, alongside the production and distribution of hydraulic machinery. Furthermore, it manages the creation, import, export, and sale of biological products derived from cell culture technology. A significant part of its engineering work involves developing, producing, and commercializing air-cooled heat exchangers. Additional offerings include solutions for umbilical cord blood banking, specialized glass-lined equipment, centrifuges, and cosmetic goods. Established in 1971 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company was previously known as Sewoncellontech Co., Ltd. until its name was changed to SC Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2006.
