Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue Rebound
The sharp TTM revenue rebound indicates that demand and commercial activity have recovered materially from the prior downturn. If maintained, stronger sales can improve operating leverage, support better capacity utilization, and provide a broader base for restoring sustainable profitability over the next several quarters.
Positive Cash Generation
The return to positive operating and free cash flow is an important improvement in internal funding capacity. It reduces reliance on external financing compared with the prior downcycle and gives the company more ability to support operations, although the cash recovery still needs to prove durable.
Narrowing Losses
A meaningful reduction in net losses shows that earnings performance is moving in the right direction alongside the revenue recovery. Continued improvement could strengthen capital retention and eventually support reinvestment, but the company must still convert this progress into consistent positive net income.
Bears Say
Unprofitable Operations
The company remains loss-making and generates only a thin EBITDA margin, indicating that the current business base has limited earnings resilience. Low profitability leaves less room to absorb operating volatility, fund investment internally, or service obligations comfortably if the recovery loses momentum.
Elevated Leverage
Leverage has risen substantially from 2023 levels while returns remain negative, increasing the company’s sensitivity to earnings volatility and financing costs. A heavier debt burden can constrain capital allocation and reduce financial flexibility until profitability and equity generation improve.
Weak Debt Coverage
Although cash flow turned positive, its coverage of total debt remains weak and deteriorated from the prior year, while free cash flow declined sharply versus 2025. This combination suggests that cash generation is not yet dependable enough to materially reduce leverage or provide strong protection against funding pressure.
