First Stage Corp. engages in the sale of investment real estate and others. Its operations are carried out through the following divisions: Condominium Sales Business, Rental Management Business and Real Estate Building. The Condominium Sales Business division supplies profitable asset-management condominiums in central Tokyo locations, centering on urban condominiums suitable for a wide range of generations, considering the asset value 10 to 20 years into the future, in the ever-changing economic climate. The Rental Management Business division provides total support services for rental management of the property of the owner who purchased it as asset management. The Real Estate Building Business division provides one stop service from sales to post handover rental management, and by undertaking building management and condominium management. The company was founded by Hideki Nakano on October 11, 2007 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
