Company Description
Inland Real Estate ate Income Trust
Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. was established on August 24, 2011, with the objective of acquiring and managing commercial real estate properties situated throughout the United States. Its primary strategy centers on owning retail assets, specifically aiming for a portfolio composed entirely of grocery-anchored properties. While primarily focused on retail, the company has engaged in joint ventures previously and may continue to pursue these, or other real estate acquisitions, if management determines their prospective returns surpass those achievable from retail properties. Notably, the company operates without any direct employees. Its operations are overseen by IREIT Business Manager & Advisor, Inc., referred to as the "Business Manager," an entity that is an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (the "Sponsor"), in accordance with a formal Business Management Agreement.
