The IFM segment delivers a wide array of solutions, including various soft services such as housekeeping, cleaning, disinfection, pest control, landscaping, and facade cleaning. It also provides essential production support for manufacturing units, covering tasks like material handling, on-site inventory and warehouse management, production assistance, and equipment upkeep. Additionally, this division handles technical services, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance, along with restroom and feminine hygiene care provisions. Further offerings within IFM encompass comprehensive warehouse management, general staffing solutions, and institutional catering services. The BSS segment focuses on specialized support, offering services such as sales enablement, employee background verification, audit and assurance functions, airport ground handling, and tailored logistics including mailroom management.
