Prodalim Investments Ltd, through its subsidiaries, engages in the processing, production, marketing, and sale of a variety of natural ingredients derived from plant-based raw materials. It operates through three segments: Juice Solutions, Specialty Ingredients, and Alcohol Reduction and Removal Solutions. The Juice Solutions segment offers natural juices, concentrates, fruit purees, and related products. The Specialty Ingredients segment provides essential oils, flavor and fragrance extracts, aromas, dietary fiber, natural food colorings, and develops and produces solutions for the beverage sector, including beverage mixes. The Alcohol Reduction and Removal Solutions segment offers services for alcohol reduction and removal to wine brands, wineries, and spirits companies. The company serves customers in the food, beverage, flavor, and fragrance industries across Europe, the United States, Central America, and South America. Prodalim Investments Ltd was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
