The company leverages information and communication technologies (ICT) and Internet of Things (IoT) applications to optimize the management of diverse municipal assets. This encompasses everything from local data systems, educational institutions, and public libraries, to critical infrastructure like transportation networks, healthcare facilities, energy grids, water distribution, waste management, and public safety, alongside various other communal offerings. Furthermore, Global Pay (P.C.S) Ltd builds and maintains the underlying technological frameworks for digital payment wallets. It operates several branded digital wallets: PEY, designed for business transactions, peer-to-peer money transfers, loyalty program administration, and benefit accumulation; KISS, dedicated to facilitating savings plans for children; and PEYSTATION, a specialized business wallet that handles the processing of digital wallet and credit card payments, as well as the generation of receipts and invoices. Established in 1980 and headquartered in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, the entity formerly known as Galileo Tech Ltd adopted its current name, Global Pay (P.C.S) Ltd, in February 2025.
