Its property-related endeavors encompass the development, ownership, leasing, and oversight of diverse assets, including office buildings, industrial parks, retail spaces, parking facilities, and other entrepreneurial ventures. Ampa also extends financial support for related construction projects, offering capital enhancements and assisting real estate developers with surplus realization. Furthermore, the company provides credit services, manages residential apartment leases, and operates flexible co-working environments. The company's operations extend beyond real estate into several other distinct sectors. These include the production of tubes, closures, and sheets for the food, beverage, and other industries. It also cultivates and markets agricultural produce, specifically a range of berries like blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries, branded under "Carmel." Additionally, Ampa generates electricity using hydropower and manages various hotel properties. Established in 1933, the company maintains its principal offices in Herzliya Pituach, Israel.
