Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Cash GenerationConsistent positive operating and free cash flow through 2023–2025 (FCF ~96m in 2025) demonstrates the business can fund operations and some investment despite accounting losses. Durable cash generation reduces refinancing risk and supports strategic flexibility over months.
Manageable LeverageDebt-to-equity around 0.56–0.62 and a sizable equity base indicate a moderate capital structure. This level of leverage preserves balance-sheet flexibility, enabling funding for working capital and strategic initiatives while limiting solvency strain over the medium term.
Improving OperationsOperating losses have narrowed to near breakeven and revenue showed modest sequential growth, signaling improving underlying operations and cost control. If sustained, tighter operating margins can convert to lasting profitability and improve cash conversion over the next several quarters.
Bears Say
Persistent Net LossesNegative ROE across most years, including 2025, shows the company’s capital has not produced shareholder returns. Persistent bottom-line losses erode retained capital, constrain dividend sustainability, and limit ability to attract capital for long-term growth without operational turnarounds.
Volatile Free Cash FlowA sharp ~39.7% FCF decline in 2025 and prior years of negative FCF highlight cash volatility. This unpredictability hampers consistent reinvestment, increases the importance of external financing in stress periods, and raises execution risk for multi-quarter strategic initiatives.
Weak Profitability TrendDespite improved EBIT, the company remains loss-making at the net level in 2024 and 2025, indicating non-operating pressures or insufficient operating leverage. Continued net losses limit margin sustainability, reduce retained earnings, and leave performance sensitive to adverse industry shifts.
