GSRX Industries Inc., functioning through its various subsidiaries, primarily operates within the retail cannabis sector. Its core activities involve the acquisition, development, and management of cannabis dispensaries. The company currently oversees five cannabis dispensaries in Puerto Rico, all operating under the Green Spirit RX brand. Additionally, it manages one dispensary in California, known as The Green Room. Beyond its physical retail outlets, GSRX also owns and runs GetPureAndNatural.com, an online platform dedicated to selling a variety of hemp extract products. Its scope of business further extends to the full vertical integration of cannabis and cannabinoid products, covering their extraction, manufacturing, distribution, and final delivery. In July 2018, the company changed its name from Green Spirit Industries Inc. to its current designation, GSRX Industries Inc. Its main corporate office is located in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
