Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Free Cash Flow ReboundA sharp, durable rebound in free cash flow to 15.0m and near parity with net income signals improved cash generation and earnings quality. Strong FCF supports reinvestment, debt servicing and optionality for buybacks or dividends, reducing refinancing risk over the medium term.
Recurring Subscription Business ModelA subscription-heavy revenue mix provides predictable, recurring cash flows and higher customer retention potential. This structural business model supports steady revenue visibility, cross-sell opportunities and resilience versus one-off sales, enhancing long-run margin stability and planning.
Revenue Growth And Margin RecoveryConsistent topline growth with marked improvement in operating and EBITDA margins demonstrates operating leverage and better cost absorption. If sustained, this combination supports improving cash flow conversion and provides a foundation to rebuild net margins over multiple reporting cycles.
Bears Say
Rising LeverageA rapid increase in absolute debt raises financial leverage and reduces balance-sheet flexibility. Higher interest and principal commitments make the business more sensitive to margin or cash-flow setbacks and could constrain investment or increase refinancing risk if operating performance softens.
Net Margin CompressionEroding net margins versus historical peaks indicates weaker bottom-line conversion, potentially from pricing pressure, higher costs, or structural mix shifts. Persistently lower margins reduce returns to shareholders and lessen the buffer against cyclical downturns and rising leverage costs.
Volatile Cash ConversionMaterial volatility in cash conversion and working-capital timing creates uncertainty in liquidity planning despite the 2025 rebound. With higher debt on the balance sheet, such variability can stress short-term funding needs and complicate capital allocation decisions over the coming quarters.
