Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue Growth & Contracted RevenueSustained top-line growth, with a sharp acceleration in 2025, reflects successful tender wins and backlog conversion. Because a large share of revenue comes from multi-year public and concession contracts, this trend supports predictable cash flows and revenue visibility over the next 2–6 months.
Improved Free Cash FlowFCF turned positive and strengthened in 2024–2025 while operating cash flow stayed consistently positive. This durable improvement increases capacity to service debt, fund maintenance capex and sustain operations without relying on external financing in the medium term.
Diversified, Contract-based Business ModelA mix of environmental services, integrated water concessions and infrastructure construction creates recurring, fee-based income and multiple demand drivers. Long-duration public contracts and indexed/ performance-linked fees reduce revenue cyclicality and support resilience across business cycles.
Bears Say
Eroding Profitability And ROEA sharp fall in net margin and ROE materially reduces internal capital generation and the company's ability to absorb cost shocks. Low returns constrain reinvestment and dividend sustainability, and make de-leveraging harder absent margin recovery over the medium term.
Elevated LeverageMeaningful leverage increases interest and refinancing risk, particularly given compressed profitability. Even with improvement, the capital structure remains stretched versus historical norms, limiting strategic flexibility and raising the stakes on execution and cash generation.
Inconsistent Cash ConversionFCF trailing net income and modest coverage metrics point to working-capital swings or reinvestment needs. This variability weakens cash reliability for debt paydown, capex or shareholder returns, and could force external funding if adverse shocks hit.
